You've Browsed the sales and your ready to buy. Now what?

Register on our online platform. It's quick and easy. Register once and bid on any live sale. 

  • Email and Phone number required.

  • Credit Card not required to bid.

Preview Your Item

Check hours before you drive. 

  • Check the terms and conditions of each sale for preview dates and locations. 

  • Call in advance if you are uncertain. 

  • All items sold "AS-IS", "WHERE IS" with NO warranties implied. 

  • No refunds. No adjustments after purchase. Buyer's responsibility

  • Check the location of your item in the description. 

  • Be sure to check out items before purchase.

Bid and Buy Online

  • Enter a bid on the item of interest to you.

  • You will receive an email when you are outbid.

  • Enter your top bid and the system will bid for you by set increments until your top bid is reached. 

  • If you are the winning bid on the sale you will receive an invoice in your email after the sale ends. 

Payment

Make payments on time

Pay and Pickup on time. 

  • All invoices must be paid within 3 days of sale closing.

  • Items must be picked up within 30 days, or items will become property of Grunthal Auction Service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  •  Cash, Cheque, Debit and Credit Card (with 3% charge) accepted. 

  • Buyers Fee is 7.5 % with a cap of $750.

  • Taxes applied where applicable

If you have a larger item or need help loading please call ahead to ensure someone is available with the equipment required and the gates are open. Bring your own straps and anything else you will need. 

 

Items must be picked up within 30 days, or items will become property of Grunthal Auction Service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Saturday - We are open some Saturdays depending on the sale. Check the terms on the sale to see when we have Saturday hours.

Two Locations

Grunthal Main Yard 

From Steinbach:

  • Travel south on Highway 12 approximately 15 kms.

  • Turn west onto Highway 205 (signs for Sarto/Grunthal) and drive approximately 8.5 kms.

Altona Yard Site

From Altona: 

  • Travel 4 miles south on Highway 30.

  • Turn East and travel 2 miles on Road 3.
